Rockyford Museums

This interesting little building has a varied past beginning as an elevator office in 1913 when the railroad came to town. The Rockyford History Book Club purchased the buidling in 1994 who then donated it to the town to display a collection of bottles. The collection was owned by Chrissie Pedersen (born in 1911) who began collecting the bottles in 1976, mainly at disposal sites. Today, the collection of antique bottles number at around 1000 and are proudly on display. Call for hours or to arrange a tour.
