The Siksika Reserve is 3 km (1.8 mi) south of the TransCanada Hwy. The Siksika are part of the Blackfoot Confederacy which includes the Peigans and Bloods of Southern Alberta and the Blackfoot in Montana. Siksika Museum at Old Sun College, is usually open wkdys 9 am - 4 pm or by appt. Donations. Group tours are available of Blackfoot Crossing, the National Heritage Site where Treaty Seven was signed and Chief Crowfoot’s grave. For information, call 734-5317 or 734-3862.
